Payments we accept Company Purchase Orders, Visa, Master card, and checks. Please note any orders paid by check will not ship until the check has been cleared at our bank. At that time your order will ship and we will let you know the tracking number for your order.

Refunds we do not offer cash refunds. Orders paid with a credit card will be credited back less any restocking fee, if any, within 15 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

TAX is only charged within the state of Utah.

TAX EXEMPT IN UTAH log on set up your account, email exempt certificate to accounting@nrssolutions.com or fax it to 801-705-8998 and we will fix your account to reflect your tax exempt status, so you can place your order and not be billed tax. Once the certificate is received any orders that were placed and billed tax will be refunded and adjusted with-in 15 business days.

SHIPPING

All free shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground services from Utah. We do offer FedEx and UPS express services at the full cost to you. Most orders ship with-in the same business day.

Refused orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

International Orders Yes we do accept international orders but we only accept Bank Wire Transfers for payments, Visa, Master Card and American Express are not accepted.  For international orders please email ttormey@nrssolutions.com and he can help you with any quotes or information you will need.

Warranty all products are reconditioned or new retail boxed and sealed and have up to a one year warranty from the ship date please ask your account representative for further details.

RETURNS

Authorization for returns if you have any returns please email support@nrssolutions.com with any problem and they will issue an RMA Request Form to obtain your RMA# for the return.  No returns will be honored without an RMA #.

Unwanted or wrong inventory will be accepted back within 14 calendar days of the original ship date for up to a 25% restocking fee.  Items must be in original box with the original manufactures seal in tack, if the seal is broken the RMA is VOID! No writing or marks should be on the box, including shipping labels.  Any item being returned should be double boxed and well packed, please reference the RMA# on the outside of the outer box.

Defective/DOA items will be accepted back within 14 calendar days from the original ship date.  Returns must have an RMA #.  All returns must have original packing material in the original box with the correct serial number, part number and manuals.  If any items are missing the RMA is VOID!  Replacements will be shipped out once the defective item is returned to our warehouse.  Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of confirmation that the unit is defective/DOA.
